Mr. Michas is
a co-founder of Stonington Partners and has served as its Managing Partner
since inception. He has been engaged in private equity investing since
1984, having served as an investment professional with Merrill Lynch Capital
Partners from 1984 to 1994. Previously, he had been an investment banker
with Merrill Lynch & Co. He is currently a director of the following
Stonington portfolio companies: Goss International Corporation, HK Systems,
Inc., Global Motorsport Group, Inc., and Lincoln Educational Services
Corporation. Mr. Michas received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School
and his B.A. from Harvard College. |
